Organic Facility Management has developed and implemented a quality management system (QMS), which uses AS/NZS ISO 9001:2016 as a framework that allows our organization to document and improve our practices in order to better satisfy the needs and expectations of our customers, stakeholders, other interested parties, and meet applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

This Quality Manual has been established and maintained and includes:

  • the scope of the QMS, including details of and justification for any exclusions;
  • documented procedures or reference to them;
  • a description of the sequence and interaction of the processes included in the QMS.

Organic Facility Management has implemented a structured environmental management system and policy to achieve a consistently high standard of performance.  The purpose of this system is to establish and maintain the effective management of environmental impacts. It is also designed to promote excellence in environmental management through a process of continual improvement. 

Organic Facility Management’s Environmental Policy will ensure compliance with legislative requirements and current industrial standards such as:

             Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act).

             Various Codes of Practice.

             AS/NZS ISO 14001 ~ Environmental Management Systems.

             Environmental Protection Act (1994).

Organic Facility Management has delegated roles, responsibilities and authorities for managing environmental aspects, action plans, programs and controls.

Organic Facility Management has developed and implemented a structured health and safety management system to meet its obligations and legislative requirements.  This will also assist to achieve a consistently high standard of safety performance.  Regular review of OHS at senior level reinforces its importance to Organic Facility Management’s commercial objectives and legal obligations.

Organising: determining what needs to be done, how it will be done and who is to do it.
Leading: directing and motivating all relevant stakeholders through in-house and on-site training, employee suggestions and conflict resolution.
Controlling: regular audits and maintenance activities are executed to ensure that tasks are accomplished as planned, with outcomes reviewed and evaluated with the aim of continuous improvement.
